For three and a half years, we patiently searched for our forever home that had to meet several criteria which included specific physical attributes of the house and an incredible list of feng-shui must have and must not haves. During this time, we met Marco through one of the hundreds of open houses we visited and the one thing I vividly remembered about that encounter was that he was not like your typical agents who are pushy and over-prying right from the get-go, just to get your business. When we finally found the house, Marco was instrumental in the buying of our new home and the selling of our old home. What could have been an extremely chaotic and stressful transition was anything but that because of him. Marco was strong in his negotiating skills, thorough with every step of the process ( scheduling of staging, contract signings, loan approval etc) and mostly importantly, always one step ahead of the game. We really felt like he was part of our family and really cared for us as if he was the person buying and selling these homes. He did many things that was far and beyond any agent would do. For example, beautifying our landscaping by planting flowers on his own, taking care of our beloved cat during the open houses etc.). Before working with Marco, we had written several offers to buy our first home, with another agent none of which were effective.
