The chill of fall has finally settled into East Bay, and I'm a happy camper. There's no better fall feeling like bundling up on blankets right before bed, piping hot coffee in morning, and sitting by the fire.
Enter the world of pumpkin spice, Hocus Pocus, and of course, the fall real estate market.
What I'm excited about: a brand-spankin' new website I just launched, a slow shift into a Buyer's market, and the use of hexagon patterned tiles in the home.
Always with gratitude,
-Marco
I've always been hyper-fixated on graphic design and digital marketing. This has been a passion project of mine these past few months and I'm excited to launch MarcoVaticano.com.

Winter Light Show Coming to Walnut Creek!
Side note: I grew up in the neighborhood where the Garden is located, have volunteered with them, and now currently serve on their Board of Directors...the Garden is a place very near and dear to my heart, and now we have an incredibly exciting event to share...
Using specially programmed lasers, spot and LED lights, the illuminated Garden will come alive at night, creating magical colorful sculptures from its many cacti, succulents, and trees. Discover our unique lighting installations as you follow a meandering path through the garden. A must see this holiday season!
Hexagon Tiles
The aesthetic: clean and contemporary.
Get the look: whether its a backsplash or floor, be sure to err on the side "less is more." Don't place these shapes everywhere, one accent wall should suffice.
Top photo shows something very new to market--transitions between hexagon and another flooring type like hardwood, or another tile. Huge fan.
